Brownie Cupcakes

Yield: 20 average-size cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 (1 ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and chocolate together over hot water.
  2. With spoon, mix together flour and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time. Stir as little as possible.
  4. Add chocolate mixture, vanilla extract and chopped nuts.
  5. Mix all ingredients together.
  6. Spoon batter into a cupcake tin lined with paper liners.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes or until done.
