Caramel Fluff Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat constantly with electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks.

This will frost the top and sides of three (8-inch) layers.
