Caramel Fluff Frosting
Yield: will frost the top and sides of three (8 inch) layers
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat constantly with electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks.
