Cream Cheese Frosting



  • 9 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted


  1. Mix in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer.
  2. If necessary, add milk to make of spreading consistency.
