Hershey's Chocolate Frosting
This is fabulous on a chocolate layer cake!
Yield: about 2 cups frosting
Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups confectioners' sugar
Instructions
- Cream butter in a small mixing bowl.
- Add cocoa and sugar alternately with milk. Beat to spreading consistency.
- Stir in vanilla extract. Adjust consistency if necessary with more milk or icing sugar.
