Irish Cream Frosting

Yield: about 2/3 cup frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speeduntil smooth.
  2. Beat in liqueur.
  3. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.
