Irish Cream Frosting

  • 1/4 cup (2 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar


  1. Beat cream cheese and butter in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
  2. Beat in liqueur.
  3. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until smooth.

Yield: about 2/3 cup frosting
