Royal Icing
Use this for decorative icing. Use caution when using raw egg whites.
Ingredients
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Dash of salt
Instructions
- Add sugar gradually to egg white. Work together well with wooden spoon until smooth and shiny.
- Add lemon juice and salt; stir well.
