Six-Flavor Glaze

Yield: about 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum flavored extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter flavored extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, water and extracts in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Spoon hot glaze over cake.
