White Ganache
Ingredients
- 4 ounces white chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Bring heavy cream to boil.
- Chop white chocolate in pieces and butter in mixing bowl.
- Pour boiling cream over chocolate and butter; let sit for one (1) minute. Stir until well combined (smooth).
