Ingredients

  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Bring heavy cream to boil.
  2. Chop white chocolate in pieces and butter in mixing bowl.
  3. Pour boiling cream over chocolate and butter; let sit for one (1) minute. Stir until well combined (smooth).
