Oreo Ice Cream Cake
- 1 quart ice cream
- 1 package Oreo or Hydrox cookies
- 1 jar hot fudge or chocolate sauce
- Soften ice cream.
- Crush cookies in a bowl and pour on the bottom of a casserole pan.
- Spread softened ice cream over top of crushed Oreo cookies.
- Pour sauce on top.
- Freeze and serve.
Serves 12 to 16.
