Apple Raisin Snack Cake



  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Blend salad dressing, cake mix and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes.
  3. Add apples and raisins.
  4. Spread into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Blend butter or margarine and rum extract.
  8. Gradually add sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  9. Spread over cake.
