Banana Sheet Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box banana cake mix
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 very ripe mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Banana Frosting

  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/4 stick butter, softened
  • 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Cake: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients, and pour into greased and floured sheet cake pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool before frosting.
  5. Frosting: Cream ingredients together.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts after frosting, if desired.
