Butter Pecan Coconut Bundt Cake
- 1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 can pecan coconut frosting
- 4 eggs, beaten well
- 3/4 cup broken or chopped pecans
- Spray Bundt pan and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on bottom of pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into greased Bundt pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
