Butter Pecan Coconut Bundt Cake



  • 1 box butter pecan or yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can pecan coconut frosting
  • 4 eggs, beaten well
  • 3/4 cup broken or chopped pecans


  1. Spray Bundt pan and sprinkle a few chopped pecans on bottom of pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients for 2 minutes and pour into greased Bundt pan.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees F for 50 to 60 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with ice cream.
