Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups water
  • Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
  • Nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix cake according to package directions.
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  3. Mix brown sugar, cocoa and water in a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
  4. Sprinkle with marshmallows to cover.
  5. Pour batter from cake mix over this mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with nuts.
  7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
