1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup pecan pieces
Pour cherry pie filling into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour in pineapple with juice.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the entire pan.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place evenly over the cake mix.
Sprinkle with pecan pieces.
Bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 50 minutes.
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
