Jimmy Cake

Ingredients

Cake

• 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix*
• 1 small box instant vanilla pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup cold coffee
• 1/3 cup chocolate jimmies

Topping

• 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 tablespoon chocolate jimmies

Instructions

Cake

1. Combine all ingredients except jimmies in a bowl and beat with mixer.
2. Fold in Jimmies.
3. Pour into greased tube pan.

Topping

1. Mix and sprinkle over cake before baking.
2. Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.

Notes

* 18.25 ounce boxes of cake mix have been replaced by 16.5 ounce and 15.25 ounce boxes. To compensate for the volume loss in a 16 ounce box, whisk 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour into the dry cake mix before proceeding with the recipe. To compensate for the volume loss in a 15.25 ounce box, add 1/2 cup + 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder.
