Pineapple Juice Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 4 large eggs
Glaze
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a Bundt pan.
Cake
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, dry pudding mix, oil, pineapple juice and eggs. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
- Let cool for a few minutes, and use a skewer or toothpick to poke holes in the cake.
Glaze
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the ingredients until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the warm cake and let sit for at least 10 minutes before turning the cake out onto a plate.
