Pistachio Cake

I made this for Christmas...there were no leftovers. The cake is very moist.



  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box white cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup club soda


  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 package pistachio instant pudding mix


  1. Cake: Mix all the cake ingredients together and put into a sprayed Bundt pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.
  3. Frosting: Whip all ingredients until stiff.
  4. Frost cake and store in the refrigerator.

I chill my bowl and beaters before I make the whipped cream. I am sure you could probably use any flavor pudding mix.
