Lemon Crisps



  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 large egg


  1. Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
  2. Shape dough into 1-inch balls; place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 minutes or until edges are golden.
  4. Cool on cookie sheets 1 minute; remove to wire racks and cool completely.

Yield: about 4 dozen (1 per serving)
