Whippersnappers

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box dry cake mix (cherry, lemon, etc.)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients. Dough will be stiff.
  3. Drop by small spoonsful into confectioners' sugar.
  4. Roll into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Do not flatten balls before baking.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes. Don't over-bake.
