Heavenly Peach Pie

This is delicious served warm with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.


  • 2 1/2 cups fresh peaches or 1 large can sliced peaches with juice
  • 1 small box peach gelatin
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups water

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Pour peaches into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin over peaches.
  4. Sprinkle cake mix over gelatin.
  5. Dot evenly over cake mix 1 stick butter or margarine.
  6. Punch holes in mixture with knife.
  7. Pour water on top.
  8. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
