Peach Delight


  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 pound fresh peaches, sliced, sweetened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • Cinnamon, to taste


  1. Combine cake mix and butter in bowl; mix well.
  2. Spread in bottom of lightly greased 12 x 9-inch cake pan.
  3. Layer peaches over top.
  4. Blend sour cream, sugar, and egg yolks in bowl.
  5. Spoon over peaches.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.

Yield: 12 servings
