- 1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 1 pound fresh peaches, sliced, sweetened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- Cinnamon, to taste
- Combine cake mix and butter in bowl; mix well.
- Spread in bottom of lightly greased 12 x 9-inch cake pan.
- Layer peaches over top.
- Blend sour cream, sugar, and egg yolks in bowl.
- Spoon over peaches.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
