Sweetened Condensed Milk Pound Cake


  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 eggs, room temperature


  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan well.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat together butter and sugar until creamy, scraping down sides of the bowl, for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add vanilla and almond extracts, and beat again to combine.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat well.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time.
  7. Once this has been beaten well, add the flour mixture a little at a time to combine well. Pour into prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees F for 65 minutes.
