Raspberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 cups raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except raspberries. Mix well.
  2. Add raspberries. Batter will be thick.
  3. Pour into a greased 9-inch square pan.
  4. Bake at 300 degrees F for 40 to 50 minutes.
