Alaskan Crude
Ingredients
Cake
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups grated coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups walnuts
Frosting
- 16 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Mix all cake ingredients together well with a spoon and bake in a 13 x 9-inch
baking pan at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes.
- After the cake has cooled and while still hot, spread 1 jar Marshmallow
Creme over the top of the cake.
- After the cake has cooled completely, frost with frosting.
- To make the frosting, mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl
with an electric mixer.
