Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar or honey
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  1. Cake: Set oven rack in the center of oven and heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt very well directly in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish. Be sure these ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

  4. In the second add the vinegar.
  5. In the third add the vanilla extract.
