Nescafe Cake




  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, eggs, red food coloring and instant coffee.
  3. Sift together sifted cake flour, baking soda and salt.
  4. Mix together vinegar and butter, then add to the creamed butter mixture.
  5. Add alternately sifted dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Beat 1/2 minute after each addition. Pour into prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
  7. Frost with favorite icing.
