Paradise Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 well-beaten eggs
• 1 small can crushed pineapple
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup chopped dates
• 1 teaspoon each baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extract and cinnamon

Instructions

1. Cream sugar and butter and mix well.
2. Add eggs and other ingredients.
3. Pour batter into two prepared 9 inch layer pans.
4. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
