Pineapple Cake with Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting

Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting



Instructions

  1. Cake: Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in mixer until mixed well.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45-50 minutes or until done.
  4. When cake is just warm, cover with plastic wrap or pan cover.
  5. When cool, frost with Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting (optional).
  6. Pineapple Cream Cheese Frosting: Mix well and frost cake. You can substitute some pineapple juice for some of the milk if you want.
