Red Velvet Cake 2 Ingredients
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 (2 ounce) bottle red food coloring
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup buttermilk Instructions
Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add baking soda salt, vinegar, cocoa, food coloring and vanilla extract. Mix
Add flour alternately with buttermilk.
Pour into 3 (8-inch) well-greased cake pans.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until done.
Frost with white icing.
