Bourbon Spice Cake


  • 1 (18.25 ounce) box spice cake mix
  • 3/4 cup bourbon
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding


  1. Mix together well.
  2. Bake in Bundt pan for 50 minutes at 350 degrees F.
  3. Glaze with a mixture of confectioners' sugar and bourbon.
