Apple Pancake Topping
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 can apple pie filling*
- Cinnamon (optional)
* Blueberry, cherry or other pie fillings can be substituted for the apple
- Melt butter in a 10 1/2-inch skillet over low heat.
- Add apple pie filling and
cinnamon, if desired, stirring frequently until apples are warm (3 to 5 minutes).
- Remove skillet from heat, and spoon the apples over hot pancakes.
