Boy Scout Goulash



  • 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can white hominy
  • 1 small can tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Brown ground meat and onion.
  2. Add the pork and beans, hominy, tomato sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Cook at a slow simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring often until sauce is thick.
  3. Serve with bread and a salad.
