Boy Scout Goulash
- 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
- 2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can white hominy
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Brown ground meat and onion.
- Add the pork and beans, hominy, tomato sauce, garlic
powder and salt and pepper. Cook at a slow simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring
often until sauce is thick.
- Serve with bread and a salad.
