Camp Breakfast
Ingredients
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- Salt water
- 1 pound bacon, salt pork or fat back
- 4 to 5 eggs
Instructions
- Soak potatoes in salt water overnight.
- Slice potatoes.
- Fry meat. Crumble into small pieces.
- Put potatoes in skillet and fry. Add crumbled bacon.
Break eggs onto potatoes and let cook until eggs begin to harden. Stir until everything is
blended together.
