Campfire Clam Chowder



  • 1 package Knorr Swiss Leek soup mix
  • 2/3 cup instant potatoes
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk
  • 5 cups water
  • 1 (6 ounce) can chopped or minced clams, including juice
  • Bacon bits (optional)


  1. Mix all ingredients except bacon bits and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until done.
  2. Sprinkle bacon bits on top, if desired.
