Campfire Stew


  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 6 cans Campbell's vegetable soup
  • 2 tall cans tomatoes
  • 1 cup rice
  • 3 cups water


  1. In bottom of Dutch oven, brown ground beef, then drain off fat.
  2. Add soup, tomatoes, rice and water.
  3. Cook over campfire, stirring occasionally.
