Dutch Oven Chicken


  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce


  1. Grill chicken in bottom of Dutch oven with oil and garlic until brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix.

Cover and cook 45 minutes in hot coals.
