Fruity Beef Brisket




  1. Heat Dutch oven over medium fire.
  2. Blend flour, apple juice and water.
  3. Pour into a large oven bag.
  4. Season brisket with pumpkin pie spice.
  5. Place fruit on top of the brisket in the oven bag.
  6. Close bag with nylon tie, then cut 6 slits in top.
  7. Tuck ends.
  8. Bake for 3 hours or until brisket is tender.
  9. Let sit in oven bag 5 minutes.
  10. Remove brisket, then slice.
