  • Mushrooms
  • Canned Underwood Deviled Ham
  • Parmesan cheese


  1. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2. Place about 1/2 teaspoon of Underwood Deviled Ham inside each mushroom cap.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of mixture.
  4. Melt the cheese/ham/mushroom cap by toasting near fire at angle.
  5. Serve hot.
