Sweet Peach Pits



  • 1 peach
  • Brown sugar
  • Marshmallows
  • Butter or margarine


  1. Cut peach in half; remove and discard pit.
  2. Put peach onto a square of aluminum foil, both halves facing up.
  3. Put a large pat of butter or margarine into each hollow.
  4. Add brown sugar, making sure to cover the open peach halves.
  5. Add marshmallows to hollow.
  6. Put peach halves together, add a little more brown sugar, wrap aluminum foil around it, making sure it's completely covered.
  7. Put into the coals just inside the fire.
  8. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
