Thai Turkey Packets




  1. Heat coals on grill.
  2. Cut tenderloins crosswise into 3/4-inch slices.
  3. Divide evenly among 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 18 x 12 inches.
  4. Top each with equal amounts of carrot mixture.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over each packet.
  6. Seal with double folds.
  7. Grill, covered, 4-5 inches from medium high heat 15-20 minutes or until turkey is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
