Mounds Balls

Yield: 100 balls

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 ounces angel flake coconut
  • 2 pounds confectioners' sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/5 pound paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sweetened condensed milk, coconut, confectioners' sugar and pecans with hands.
  2. Roll into balls and put into refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with paraffin in double boiler.
  4. Stick each ball with a wooden pick and dip into chocolate and then place on wax paper.
