Rum Balls

Yield: 5 to 6 dozen

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup white Karo syrup
  • 1/4 cup rum
  • Extra confectioners' sugar for rolling

Instructions

  1. Combine Graham cracker crumbs, confectioners' sugar, pecans and cocoa. Mix well with hands.
  2. Add syrup and rum. Mix until well blended.
  3. Roll mixture into small balls and roll in confectioners' sugar.
