Snickers Blondies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 6 miniature Snickers bars

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Place butter, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract in mixer bowl. Mix for 1 minute. Scrape the bowl.
3. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat 15 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl.
4. Add Snickers Bars mixing just until combined.
5. Press dough into 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased and floured* pan.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
7. Cool in pan, then cut into bars.
