Snickers Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 ounce) box German chocolate cake mix*
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 (2.16 ounce) Snickers candy bars, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix cake mix with melted butter or margarine and condensed milk. Spread out 1/2 of the mixture into a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Slice candy bars into little slices. Lay these on top of the baked crust.
- Crumble the remaining batter on top of the candy bars. It will have a crumbly texture. You do not need to spread it out to make it smooth.
- Return pan to oven and bake for another 20 minutes.
Notes
* 18.25 ounce boxes of cake mix have been replaced by 15.25 ounce boxes. To compensate for the volume loss, whisk 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour into the dry cake mix before proceeding with the recipe.
