Marshmallow Cream Nut Candy

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, milk, butter, and salt to soft ball stage (234 - 238 degrees F).
  2. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows.
  3. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Beat until thick and creamy.
  5. Add nuts, raisins, and flavoring.
  6. Pour into well-buttered, shallow pan.
  7. Cut into squares.

Makes 6 servings.
