Yum Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 small boxes dates, cut up
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar and butter until melted.
  2. Add coconut and dates and cook for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Add nuts and Rice Krispies.
  4. Roll into small balls.
  5. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar.
