Cream Cheese Candy



  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (16 ounce) box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Melt cream cheese in double boiler.
  2. Mix in sugar, nuts and vanilla extract.
  3. Drop immediately by spoonsful onto a large sheet of wax paper.
