Potato-Peanut Butter Slices

Ingredients

• Leftover mashed potatoes
• Confectioners' sugar
• Peanut butter

Instructions

1. Add confectioners' sugar to mashed potatoes until the dough is no longer sticky.
2. Roll out on a surface dusted with confectioners' sugar.
3. Spread a layer of peanut butter of the dough, then roll up jellyroll style.
4. Slice.
