Rocky Road Squares



  • 1 (12 ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows


  1. Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Mix dry roasted peanuts and miniature marshmallows together in a large bowl.
  3. Fold in chocolate mixture.
  4. Spread in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
  6. Store in a covered container at room temperature.
