Chinese Fudge

Ingredients

Fudge

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet or sweet chocolate bits
  • 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 to 1 cup chow mein noodles

Extras

  • Maraschino cherries
  • Mint chips
  • Nuts or colored miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate bits and peanut butter in a glass mixing bowl in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir to blend chocolate and peanut butter.
  3. Add marshmallows, chow mein noodles and any etras desired. Stir well again.
  4. Pour into lightly greased 8 inch square dish.
  5. Chill for 1 1/2 hours or freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
