Chinese Fudge
Ingredients
Fudge
- 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet or sweet chocolate bits
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 3 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 to 1 cup chow mein noodles
Extras
- Maraschino cherries
- Mint chips
- Nuts or colored miniature marshmallows
Instructions
- Melt chocolate bits and peanut butter in a glass mixing bowl in the microwave oven for 2 minutes.
- Stir to blend chocolate and peanut butter.
- Add marshmallows, chow mein noodles and any etras desired. Stir well again.
- Pour into lightly greased 8 inch square dish.
- Chill for 1 1/2 hours or freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
